I have been practicing for 11 years. Yoga has helped me in the darkest moments of my life when I was sick & when I lost my dad. As a way of living besides being a complete physical practice that can transform your body it teaches you to respect your body’s limit & abilities but working on improving & appreciating the small progress every step of the way. It also teaches you to be true to yourself & accept life challenges to flow with love. I became a teacher to share this with my students & help them evolve and become a better person both on and off the Mat.
